Shipping
Order before 3 PM for next day delivery.
Deliveries will be made between 3 PM and 8 PM from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Public Holidays by request.
We deliver on the next business day for orders received before 3 PM . Orders received after 3 PM will be delivered after two business days. If the order is placed on a Thursday after 3 PM or a Friday, the product will be delivered the following Monday. For same day delivery please contact us directly and we will endeavour to arrange the delivery.
No delivery service when the Black Rainstorm warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 signals are hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory.
To ensure the freshness of our caviar, we offer specialized thermopacks for temperature regulation during shipping.
Enjoy free delivery across Hong Kong for orders over $1500.
For orders below $1500, a delivery fee of $150 will be applied.
*Delivery to Island and Ma Wan is also available, addtional fee will be charged.
Refund
Upon receiving the product, it is essential to inspect it immediately.
If there are any issues or defects with the product, please contact our customer service staff immediately for assistance.
Please note that we will not accept any requests for returns or exchanges if the issue is not reported on the day of delivery.
Storage
- Serve : Putting the container on crushed ice will help maintain the freshness of caviar
- Opened : 2-3 days in a tin or open container 18 degree freezer
- Unopened : 3 months in the freezer in an unopened container at a temperature of 0 to 2 °C if this condition is maintained continuously;
- Freezing: 1 year in unopened original packaging from date of manufacture under -4 to -2 °C
